Since the world shifted a few years ago, I’ve spent more time behind the curtain. Working on records. Designing systems. Rethinking everything. I’ve questioned the direction of the industry, my role in it, and how I want to show up. Not just as a producer, but as a builder, a mentor, and someone who deeply cares about helping others navigate this space.
